Over the last 20 years Chef Randall has lived and worked in some of the most amazing cities in the US.. From LA to Miami.. New York to Chicago. Having been partners of two restaurants and working as an Executive Chef for years it was time to begin his own business as a private chef and in 2010 Dolce Vita Private Chefs was formed. His style, Latin, Italian, French, and of course California cuisine using fresh ingredients sourcing 80% of his products within 60 miles of Sacramento.
